Kept it simple today...
One hour on the mat, drills.
24kg kettlebell snatches 15/15 (video will be up tomorrow) Felt pretty good after the snatches, was aiming to do 12/12 but felt pretty strong so I kept going. Probably could have gotten a few more but wasn't sure.
Got an urge to do the circuit that I put the evening group workout through...
20 reps each of
Elevated Lateral Jump Squats
Elevated Reverse Lunges
Box Hops with a Reverse Lunge
Kettlebell High Pulls
Jumping Pull Ups
Elevated Hand Walk Overs
Medicine Ball Push Ups

I certainly will- too many female recruits are focused on trying to stay "skinny" (when in actuality they are skinny-fat) when they need to focus on being strong and powerful. You are a great role model!
